4.2 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content.

4.3 Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights
• Contains harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Violates any law or regulation
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

10.1 As-Is Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LOSTCAUSE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOSTCAUSE from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
